OUR AREA:

Bennett Frogley valuers have two offices at Ballina and Byron Bay located along the growth corridor of the Northern Rivers. The Northern Rivers is forecast to be the fastest growing region in NSW over the next twenty years, with a current population of 265,000 and a projected increase to 345,000 by 2023.

The region is located 2 hours south from Brisbane and with improvements to the Pacific Highway, travel times have been dramatically improved. This helps make it a competitive option for professional people moving out of metropolitan cities to set up home based industries/businesses in the Northern Rivers.

The Northern Rivers is experiencing rapid growth in retail, building and construction, personal services, tourism and hospitality fuelled by rapid population growth. Such growth increases demand for infrastructure such as building and construction of houses, roads, schools and hospitals, shopping centres and other community services.
