Peter Bennett has thirty-six years in the property industry, Since 1969 he has been involved in the valuation, purchase, lease, sale and management of properties through successive employment with Sydney Water Board, Telford Trust, Taxation/Treasury Department, Telecom, Pizem Property Consultants, TAFE, and private practice. In 1983 he commenced PETER JAMES BENNETT & ASSOCIATES in Byron Bay 

He has valued all types of property throughout New South Wales and In Taxation/Treasury period he valued major Government sites and acquisitions in Sydney and growth centres including Albury and Bathurst.  He has carried out valuations for taxation purposes.

He has valued many major coastal commercial, subdivisional projects and motels and undertaken major specialist resumption valuations and has been appointed by the Presidents of the API and Law Society for valuations and lease determinations.

Experience

Matthew Tall has 10 years experience in the property industry including valuation, residential, commercial and industrial leasing.

Matthew has undertaken residential, rural, retail, commercial, industrial and development site valuations on the far north coast of New South Wales from Grafton to the Tweed Coast and west to the Kyogle/Casino area. Accordingly Matthew has a broad knowledge of property values across the far north coast. His experience includes Valuations for finance, insurance, Capital Gains Tax, Stamp Duty, Family Law, Rental assessments, Valuations for Objection Briefing Service for Valuer General along with detailed progress inspections, investment and highest and best use analysis and market research

Experience

Neale Frogley was an Associate with Bennett Frogley Valuers (formerly Peter James Bennett & Associates) for eight years and has been a partner for the last eleven years. Prior experience in property includes seven years in local government in engineering, survey and design and twelve years general real estate agency practice in the Ballina/Lismore area as a salesperson and agency licensee.  During this period he valued, listed and sold hundreds of properties in the Ballina/Lismore area.

Neale has seventeen years formal valuation experience of most types of district real estate.  We regard him as the local rural property specialist, having valued significant local grazing, macadamia nut plantation properties, sugar cane farms, orchards and specialised farms.

As well, Neale has acted as valuer/consultant over various property acquisitions and leases for local Councils and the NSW Department of Housing. He has consulted with local landholders and the NSW Roads & Traffic Authority in negotiations for acquisition of properties required for highway upgrade and has given evidence as an expert witness in the Supreme Court and NSW Land and Environment Court.

Stephen Tancred has six years general real estate agency practice in the Ballina/Lennox Head area as a salesperson.  During this period he has valued, listed and sold hundreds of properties in the Ballina/Lennox Head area. Such properties include residential, rural/residential and commercial. Stephen also has experience in residential developments/subdivisions.

Stephen has valued properties in Ballina Shire, Byron Shire and Lismore City local government areas. Accordingly he has a broad knowledge of property values across our service area.
